We are excited to welcome you to our locally operated Eco-Boutique Hotel located in one of the beautiful villages surrounding Lake Atitlán. Bungalows with private bathrooms:
- Aguila: 4 double beds, for up to 8 people
- Lagartija: 3 double beds, for up to 6 people, with kitchenette
- Colibri, Quetzal, and Abeja: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The quoted price is for 2 guests with an extra charge of Q50 for an additional guest.
Bungalows with shared bathrooms:
- Ardilla, Luciernaga, Libelula, and Oruga: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The quoted price is for 2 guests with an extra charge of Q50 for an additional guest.
- Mariquita: 1 double bed, for up to 2 people
- Mariposa: shared dormitory, 8 single/ bunk beds, for up to 8 people

Check-in/Check-out times:

- Check-Out: 7 am – 11:00 am
- Please let us know in advance if you need an early check-out.

Important details to note:
- All reservations require a 50% down payment; foreign clients without a Guatemalan bank account may be exempted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- We kindly request that you observe our quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am to ensure a restful experience for all guests. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are not allowed, although it is important to note that we cannot control external noise from the village.
- A key deposit of Q 50 is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded upon check-out after returning the key and towels.
- Payments can be made at the hotel with cash or credit card (7% extra charge).
Cancelation Policies:
- Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours in advance, providing name and date of stay.
- If you cancel 72 hours in advance, you can either request a change of date or a refund of your deposit to a Guatemalan bank account.
- Cancellations on the day of arrival are non-refundable.
- If you arrive but do not like the bungalow, the 50% deposit is non-refundable; in web reservations, it is considered a “No Show”.
- If you do not show up on the reservation date and you have provided advance payment, there is no refund.
- Web reservations do not allow changes or cancellations on the day of arrival; we apply “No Show” to those reservations without charging your card.
- Cancellations due to force majeure allow a date change or a refund of the deposit.
- For groups, changes, or cancellations need to be communicated 7 days before arrival; outside this period, there is no refund.
