Led by a Mayan priest from San Juan La Laguna, this ceremony combines traditional Mayan spirituality with a temazcal sauna.
The ceremony begins by giving thanks to the nahual of the day, followed by spiritual preparation before entering the sauna. You’re invited to set your own intention, as you will be immersed in a spiritual cleaning process.
This is not a performance. It is a local spiritual tradition offered with respect.
